Tate and Liza no has a full art version confirmed! This will be featured in the SM7 set ‘Charisma of the Wrecked Sky” and will be released in the TCG format (our SM7 set) ‘Celestial Storm‘ in August.
I've been looking over this card and There are a few reasons this may see play.
Tate and Liza – Trainer Supporter Choose 1: – Shuffle your hand into your deck, then draw 5 cards. – Switch your Active Pokemon with 1 of your Benched Pokemon. You can play only 1 Supporter card during your turn (before your attack).
With N and professor sycamore getting rotated out this year, along with float stone, we've been looking for cards to replace them, could Tate and Liza be it? ok so it's no cynthia, but draw 5 for you hand is pretty good. But the second affect is very goot, switching you pokemon with out having to attach a tool, how ever it is a supporter so thats you're one supporter card used.
I see this getting some play, if not alot.
