I remember 5 or 6 weeks before the new Pokemon set, temporal forces, hit the shelves, there were a few youtubers saying how the new set was looking like it will be short printed, due to information from there "sources" saying that there shops were told they would only receive half the orders of temporal forces that they had requested. Hearing this I asked my source (surprise hunters form racardshop.com) weather they had heard if there orders we're being restricted, he then reached out to his supplier, but they never got back, however his full order was fulfilled. It's now been over a week since the release of temporal fates, and I have yet to see any sign of any store selling out of them, and prices on eBay seem to be holding at around £99/$120, which suggest to me no supply issues. What has dawned on me though, I'm UK based, and these youtubers who talked about the short printing of this set were all USA based, I wonder if its an issue state side and not locally here. Time will tell, I'm kind of hoping that they are short printed, as this means the cards in the set will rise along with the booster, making the invest we as collector all put in worth it, I know its not about financial gain, but its nice to know that when you've spent hundreds and in many cases thousands every year on trading cards, its not all for nothing. But that's just my take, I'll keep you updated if I hear anymore.
